Mexican guacamole dip
Serves 4 | Makes 625 ml dip

This delicious dip makes a great party treat.


1 x 250 g plain low fat cream cheese
125 ml ready made salsa
1 x 200 g Westfalia Plain Guacamole
Handful fresh coriander leaves to garnish


1. Spread cream cheese in an even layer at the bottom of a serving bowl.
2. Spoon relish as the second layer on top and spread evenly. Top with guacamole and garnish with fresh coriander.
3. Serve as a party snack with tortilla chips to dip into it.
